Terms and Conditions
- The voucher will be sent to the purchaser upon receipt of the order. The voucher will expire 12 months from the issue date.
- Prior to commencement of Whitening a complimentary 15 minute consultation will occur, during this time the whitening procedure will be discussed.
- For best results the teeth may need to be professionally cleaned prior to the commencement of whitening; there will be a fee for this service. This will be discussed during the consultation appointment if required.
- This voucher cannot be used for in-office whitening.
- Some individuals may be able to claim a rebate from their health insurance. An itemised receipt will be issued at the appointment. This receipt may then be presented to the health insurer.
