Terms and Conditions
- Includes a 60minute appointment with one of our dentists, during which time a thorough examination will be conducted. This may include the use of an intra-oral camera to assist with the diagnostic process.
- This will include the provision of 2x standard Intra-oral digital x-rays, and 1x Full mouth x-ray (OPG).
- This voucher will not include the provision of additional Extra-oral x-rays eg. CBCT, and Lat Ceph.
- The voucher does not include any active dental treatment. Any additional treatment will be discussed and costs will be offered prior to proceeding.
- Some individuals may be able to claim a rebate from their health insurance. An itemised receipt will be issued at the appointment. This receipt may then be presented to the health insurer.
