Really sore jaw? 5 fast tips to help relieve pain

If you think you may be suffering from TMJ problems (called TMD or temporomandibular joint disorder)  here are five simple lifestyle suggestions to manage and reduce the pain and get help.

News around our practice

fbwedingannieCongratulations to our lovely hygienist Annie, who married Justin twice last month! Annie wore a traditional red cheongsam dress for her big day in Singapore and a white gown for her Sanctuary Cove wedding.

Earlier this month we also celebrated Monica’s birthday and Carlene celebrates her birthday just after Christmas – Happy Birthday to them both!
